We have read this book with an open mind to learning how niave the human is to the things around them. It has shown us, an ancient people, that you need to start by reading this book. Our fair friend Helen is good oneand has pleased us many times. We are pleased that our friend Helen has healed many within her world.

What a wonderful factual book for beginners entering into this field. Easy to read with very grounded information. What a great place to start on your journey of knowledge and understanding. Reference to other books in this field i found very helpful as well. Its a must read!

This book was wriiten in a manner which can only assist the people of earth during this important ascension time. As we approach 2012 we must have people like Helen Downs to teach and nurture the people who are niave to the changes.

Well done! As a long time practitioner and student of alternative medicine, I found Helen Downs' book an easy to read and informative compilation. Her chatty style made all those complicated iffy things sound down to earth. It is a great introduction for any skeptic and gives key sources to pursue further study. Highly recommended.
