Brilliant character drawing. Complex intelligent plot made this book hard to put down. Should probably be compulsory reading for those who judge the mentally ill.

An intense and somewhat disturbing story, a brilliant psychological thriller that had me hooked from beginning to end. The author has excelled in his dramatisation, highlighting the prejudice and discrimination of the mentally vulnerable person, and the compelling reading of how society on the whole regards these poor unfortunate people. It makes for deep soul searching on behalf of us all. Well Done Sean! I cant wait for your next publication.

The writer managed to make you laugh and cry, often within the space of a couple of paragraphs. He has produced a clever story with a powerful message summed up beautifully within a moving poem read out by the central character. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and in addition I gained a tremendous insight into the challenges faced by people with Mental Health difficulties.

I was drawn right into the story from beginning to end and felt the frustration and desperation of Toby, the main character. I didn’t see what was coming.

A brilliant read!!

What a gripping story! Sean Morris has written a well researched, intensely moving and shocking tale of psychosis and society's failure to come to an understanding of the illness. The twists and turns make this unput-downable!!

I think Sean Morris pulls you into the story with his brilliant descriptive narrative I could really picture the scene. The story was gripping, and yes complex, and the ending totally unexpected. If you enjoy reading thriller books with lots of twists and turns then I would have no hesitation in recomending this book.

I found this was a superb read, it was complex and I had to

focus to understand the story but it was worth sticking with it. I think anyone involved in the care of the mentally ill

would find the manner in which the author is able to describe

the main character's thoughts and feelings invaluable.
